    JAZMYN

    FOUNDER

Hi, I’m Jazmyn, the Owner and Founder of Nurturing Life Connections. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and a Diploma of Early Childhood Education, I bring over seven years of experience dedicated to supporting families and helping children reach their full potential.

Nurturing Life Connections was founded with a genuine commitment to creating a supportive environment where families can truly thrive. Our practice focuses on addressing the unique developmental needs of children and fostering strong, meaningful connections both within families and in children’s natural environments. We recognise that every family’s journey is unique, and we are devoted to providing compassionate, personalised support tailored to each child’s and family’s specific needs.

Our goal is to empower families to navigate developmental challenges, celebrate milestones, and build lasting, positive connections. At Nurturing Life Connections, we aim to create a nurturing space where children and their caregivers can find the guidance and resources they need to grow and flourish together. I am dedicated to partnering with families throughout their journey, ensuring they have the support and tools necessary to achieve their best possible outcomes.

    CATE

Hi, my name is Cate. I am the Paediatric Specialist Teacher at Nurturing Life Connections, providing Play-Based Therapy for children ages 0-12 years. With over 35 years of experience in Early Childhood Education and qualifications including a Master of Educational Administration, a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood), a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and a Teaching Certificate, I bring a deep passion for working with children.

With a Certificate in Art Therapy Practice, I am equipped to incorporate art therapy techniques into our existing play-based therapy approach.

At Nurturing Life Connections, our holistic, play-based therapy leverages the power of play as a natural learning method. We prioritise social and emotional well-being, recognising its critical role in a child's overall development. By combining my expertise with the strength of families and communities, we aim to make a lasting impact on children’s lives.

    TRACEY

    SOCIAL WORKER

Hi, my name is Tracey. I am a Social Worker with qualifications in counselling and community services. My working background is in Child Safety and administration within psychological and special needs sectors. I have a passion for ensuring children are given the opportunities to live their best lives and that parents have the tools to facilitate this. I believe in a holistic approach to working with people and truly believe that everyone can have a role to play in the therapeutic process.

With a Certificate in Art Therapy Practice, I am equipped to incorporate art therapy techniques into our existing play-based therapy approach.

Over the past year I have enjoyed watching my son learn and grow and move through his milestones and bring with me the knowledge gained from parenthood and its many ups and downs. This experience has heightened my empathy and understanding when it comes to parents and any concerns they may have about their wellbeing or development.
