Short version: we pack carefully, charge you exactly what the post costs, and if something isn’t right, we’ll sort it out.
At checkout we work out the box your order actually needs and price postage for it to your postcode. No flat-rate padding.
In-stock pieces are dispatched within 1 business day on a fully tracked Aramex service. A delivery estimate for your postcode is shown with your quote at checkout.
Cairns locals: if your delivery postcode is 4868, 4869, 4870, 4878 or 4879 and your order comes to $150 or more, delivery is free and by hand. We call it NLC Local Drop: our own team brings it to your door, and you can ask us to leave it in a safe place. Under $150, Aramex delivers as usual.
That’s okay. You have 30 days from delivery to return any piece that is unused and in its original condition and packaging. Email us first at learnplayexplore@nurturinglifeconnections.com.au so we know it’s coming; return postage for change-of-mind returns is yours to cover. Once the piece arrives back to us, we refund what you paid for it, less a 10% merchant and handling fee, to your original payment method. In plain numbers: a $100 piece comes back as a $90 refund.
Australian Consumer Law protects you, and we honour it gladly. If a piece arrives damaged, develops a fault, or isn’t what we described, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it, whichever the law and common sense call for. We cover the return postage for faulty items.
